Crystal Clear Communal Concepts & Consulting (C4Consulting), Inc. is a 501(c) 3 tax-exempt, community based organization. C4Consulting, Inc. was founded in 2007 by a passionate, visionary, social change agent named Crystal Walter, MSW who aspired to form innovative group sharing concepts into natural, efficient helping networks and programs for women and girls. In 2008, C4Consulting was incorporated, Ms. Walter was given divine assistance by the following charter board members JoAnn Mills (Vice-President), M. Ed., Deshaunda Richardson (Treasurer), B.A. and Grace Loudd (Secretary), MPA.

Crystal Walter, MSW, MPA is an accomplished social worker/public speaker and an “Agent for Social Change" who advocates on issues of health, prevention, and quality of life as it relates to women, people of color, the working poor and those with limited resources. Ms. Walter’s life mission is to redefine community social work from a communal perspective. Ms. Walter’s accolades and employment background is centered in geriatric/healthcare social work, program development, activity planning and application, holistic consulting, case management and investigations. Her motto is that of a Dagara proverb “When death finds you, let it find you Alive”. Ms. Walter serves her community as a social worker and holistic health consultant. She attained her B.A. in Speech Communications from Sam Houston State University, acquired her Masters in Social Work from the University of Houston, Graduate College of Social Work and Masters in Public Administration from the Texas Southern University.

Strong communities start with healthy individuals, individuals are birthed by women, women are the heirs to the survival of humanity. We must nurture and protect this population by any means necessary. C.C. Communal Consultants organize grassroots efforts to implement preventive and holistic interventions for women by addressing issues such as Psychosocial Stressors, Mother-Daughter relationships, HIV-AIDS, STD’s, and Obesity in the female population of Harris County. Our programs are based in the neighborhoods we serve and are designed and personalized hand-in-hand with the community.

C4Consulting, Inc. also support collaborative efforts of school districts, clinics, and other social service providers and local partners to address areas of common need, share knowledge, resources, and building regional capacity for the young ladies and women we serve. C4Consulting Inc. Code of Ethics is guided innately by the Seven Virtues of MAÁT: Truth, Justice, Harmony, Balance, Order, Reciprocity and Propriety along with the NASW (National Association of Social Workers) Code of Ethics.
